Registration Cancellation Policy:
- All cancellation requests must be submitted to the conference chair via e-mail.
- The full conference registration fee will be refunded if the refund request is submitted prior to the "early registration discount" deadline.
- Half of the conference registration fee will be refunded if the refund request is submitted after the "early registration discount" deadline, but at least ten (10) days prior to the first day of the conference.
- All guest fees will be refunded if the request is submitted at least ten (10) days prior to the conference.
- Papers not presented by a registrant will not be included in the proceedings.
